A New Standard of Preparation — Co-Authored by Harvard MUN and Instituto Diplomun

For the first time, Harvard Model United Nations and the Instituto Diplomun join forces in an official cooperation to deliver a program that redefines preparation for global diplomacy. The HMUN × Diplomun Bootcamp — Two Days to Peak Performance is not just a training — it’s the first co-authored experience built to shape the next generation of delegates who will take the floor at Harvard MUN 2026. Over two immersive live days, participants will master the art of negotiation, the architecture of the UN, the precision of drafting, and the psychology of leadership that define the world’s most competitive Model United Nations.

Created by the team behind hundreds of Ivy-circuit awards and guided by Harvard’s academic excellence, the Bootcamp offers a level of preparation never before accessible to the global delegate community. It’s an official bridge between ambition and achievement — where the future of international debate meets the standard of Harvard.

A Two-Day Masterclass in Global Diplomacy

Led by award-winning Diplomun mentors — veterans of the Harvard MUN circuits — and guests from the Harvard International Relations Council, this program brings together the best of two worlds: academic excellence and competitive diplomacy. Across two live and immersive days — January 10–11, 2026 | 2–6 PM ET (GMT-5) — participants will train under a curriculum co-authored by Harvard Model United Nations and Instituto Diplomun, blending high-level theory with immediate practice. Every session combines methodology, simulation, and real-time feedback, mirroring the intellectual precision and diplomatic pace of the Harvard conference itself.

The Standard of Harvard. The Method of Diplomun.

Harvard MUN is where diplomacy meets competition — a place where clarity, speed, and strategic depth separate those who participate from those who lead. This Bootcamp was created to ensure every delegate arrives not just prepared, but  primed for excellence. In just 48 hours, you’ll gain the frameworks, tools, and confidence to perform at the highest level of international debate:
  • Master the Rules — Understand the rhythm of Harvard procedure and navigate it with authority.
  • Refine Your Research — Transform information into insight and build the policy depth that moves blocs.
  • Command the Floor — Deliver speeches that shape perception and drive negotiation.
  • Write with Purpose — Draft position papers and resolutions that influence outcomes.
  • Think Like a Leader — Anticipate bloc dynamics, build alliances, and steer the room with composure.
By the end, you won’t just understand how Harvard MUN works — you’ll embody the standard it represents.
