ABOUT US

Who are we?

​The Instituto Diplomun is a organization located in Salvador, but operating throughout Brazil and the world, which aims to democratize MUN conferences, diplomacy and soft-skills such as public speaking, leadership and negotiation. Through our activities - such as MUNs, bootcamps, workshops, courses, clubs and mentorships - we enhance fundamental skills in today's citizen and ensure that every student can reach their best version, exploring the core of they intrapersonal and interpersonal development.
We currently directly impact more than 20,000 young people from all states in Brazil and 30 countries around the world, proving the project's diversity. Finally, we state that in addition to quantity, we value excellence, obtaining an average score of 9.6/10 for our overall performance in an anonymous survey carried out among the participants.

When I discovered Diplomun's mentorship, I saw a big dream. However, I did not imagine finding an environment so full of teachings, where through such intelligent and patient people I would find a way to overcome myself and discover the paths that are beyond my limitations.
